Unlike an informal electronic invite sent by email or social media, our bespoke printed invitations are tangible and create a sense of exclusivity. They can even become special keepsakes for guests who want to remember the event even after the day is over.
Traditionally, invitations were exclusively used by aristocrats in high society who would invite only the most worthy of people to their social events. It was considered an honour just to receive an invite and great care was taken in designing each custom invitation card. While today’s invites are no longer restricted to just the wealthy, there is nothing wrong with choosing a high-quality printed invitation that will leave your guests compelled to attend.
We print our custom invitations on a variety of stock including 350gsm Gold Dust, 350gsm silk or 350gsm uncoated and recycled stocks. You can also choose to have your┬аprinted invitations single-sided or double-sided and in a selection of sizes such as A5, A6, DL or 148mm square. We’ve got a wide range of not only paper stocks but also a choice of lamination finishes such as matt, gloss and soft touch. We can even apply foil to them if they are laminated to really make them look high quality and another layer of texture to your design making them a little bit more extra special.
Typically our printed invitations come with matching-sized envelopes but are not folded like our greetings cards, if you do not need envelopes then you can order them without!

Traditionally, printed invites and invitations include the name of the attendee invited along with the name of the host, the event type, name and location of the event, dress code and RSVP details. You may also want to include details like parking arrangements, whether children are allowed, special dietary requests, end times and plus one details.
When you know what size you are going for feel free to download our blank templates and customise your design to suit our range of customisation options. Ensure you leave an adequate bleed of 3mm on all edges. Ensure your design is created in CMYK ink settings for a great printed wedding invitation.
